Saving, using and reopening your cards. If something is not working, you can contact us without creating an account.
Save it before you travel.
On your phone
Use the card’s save button. If your phone opens a share sheet, choose Save Image. You can also use Download PNG and open the image from Downloads. Check that it is in Photos or Files before you leave.
When there is no signal
Open the saved image itself. You do not need to load the website to show a downloaded card. For a card with several pages, save every page.
Chinese or bilingual?
Saved staff cards use Chinese by default. Turn on “Include English translations in saved image” for a bilingual copy. Names, addresses and phone numbers stay as entered.
Printing
Where a page offers Print or save as PDF, use your browser’s print dialog. Kit pages offer images; use the full individual card pages for their print options.
Your purchase and access.
Free preview and paid unlock
Paid cards let you preview before paying. An unlock removes the watermark and adds the content listed beside the purchase button. Free cards do not need a purchase. Compare cards and kits.
Open a card you already bought
Use the same browser and device, or reopen the page you were returned to after paying. Bookmark that return link privately: it carries your purchase reference. A payment receipt is not the same as the return link. If access is missing, contact us before buying again.
What does the Allergy Safety Kit unlock?
All three kit cards, the full allergy and emergency card pages, and the China Dining Pack. You do not need to buy the allergy and emergency cards separately. Buying a single card does not unlock the whole kit.
Refunds or a wrong Chinese line
Email hello@chinareadycheck.com within 7 days of paying for a full refund, no questions asked. If a Chinese line is wrong, we fix it and you can download it again free. Include the product and payment receipt reference; do not send payment-card numbers.
Your trip details stay on your device.
Cards are made in your browser. Details saved in this browser can fill other cards on the site. Your saved images contain what you put on them, so keep them somewhere you trust.
