Eligibility and entry
- The 240-hour visa-free transit policy is administered by the National Immigration Administration of the People's Republic of China.
- Final eligibility is determined by the airline at check-in and by Chinese immigration on arrival.
- This tool does not file, submit, or endorse any immigration form on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee admission to China.
- Verify the live policy at en.nia.gov.cn before booking non-refundable travel.
The Digital Arrival Card (CDAC)
- The official CDAC portal is s.nia.gov.cn. It is free.
- We do not fill or submit the card on your behalf. NIA has warned about third-party sites that charge for this free service.
- Any site (including this one) that asks you to pay for filling the arrival card is a scam.
The Boarding Kit
- The Boarding Kit is a self-prepared informational summary generated locally in your browser.
- It is not a visa, not a boarding pass, and not an official document.
- It includes excerpts of the public NIA policy text and links to the official sources. Quoting public government policy is informational use.
- We never receive, store, or transmit your passport number or full traveler data.
