Taxi card 打车卡

At the airport taxi rank and any street taxi. Your hotel's Chinese name and address in large type, plus meter, receipt and payment lines.

Hotel check-in card 酒店入住卡

At the front desk on your first night: your passport name, dates and the registration request.

Hotel requests card 酒店请求卡

After check-in: luggage storage, late check-out, a fapiao or receipt, the hotel's address card and more. Up to four requests on one screen.

What is in the Arrival Day Kit?

Four cards in Chinese with English underneath: a taxi card to your hotel, a hotel check-in card for passport registration, a hotel requests card for luggage, late check-out, receipts and the like, and an ordering help card for restaurants where you cannot use the QR menu.

Why does it ask for my hotel's Chinese address?

Taxi drivers navigate by the Chinese address, and many cannot read an English one. Copy it from your booking confirmation or the hotel's own page.

How much does it cost?

Making and previewing every card is free. One payment of US$7.99 removes the watermark from all four cards, and you keep them. One payment, no subscription and no renewal. If the card is wrong for you, email us within 7 days of paying for a full refund, no questions asked. If a Chinese line is wrong, we fix it and you download it again free.

Is anything I type sent to your server?

No. The cards and the saved images are made in your browser, and your trip details stay on this device so your other cards can reuse them.
