Save your China hotel address before arrival

Keep the hotel branch, Chinese address, reception contact and arrival details in one offline note. Includes a short message to request missing information.

Save one note for the hotel you actually booked. Start with its confirmation, then ask the property to fill any gaps. Keep the branch name: two hotels in the same chain can have very similar English names.

Keep your booking number and guest name with the private confirmation. For a driver, show the hotel name, address and entrance details; the booking number and passport details are not directions.

Ask the hotel to fill the gaps

您好，请提供酒店完整中文名称（含分店）、详细中文地址和前台电话。如果接待处或取钥匙地点与住宿地址不同，也请说明具体位置。谢谢。

Meaning: please send the full Chinese hotel and branch name, address and reception phone, and explain any separate reception or key-collection location. Save the reply as text and a screenshot so you can find it without reopening the booking app.

Use the right details for each task

Filling the arrival card? Use your actual accommodation details and follow the fields shown in the portal. The arrival-card address guide explains the fields and exceptions; this note does not mean every item is a required form field.

Changed hotels? Update the note and retain the latest confirmation. Follow the portal’s available correction options; we have not tested a completed submission or change.

Staying with a friend? Save the actual residential address and agree the registration arrangements with your host. NIA guidance separates hotel registration from the guest or host’s responsibilities for a private stay. Saving an address or filling an arrival card does not complete accommodation registration.
