Suzhou Railway Station 苏州站（苏州火车站）
The station on the northern edge of the old town; metro station 苏州火车站 (Lines 2 and 4) is underneath.
Start at the railway station on the edge of the old town. 苏州北 (Suzhou North) is a different station and adds a longer metro journey.

Humble Administrator's Garden 拙政园
东北街178号 (Dongbei Street 178). The largest of Suzhou's classical gardens: ponds, pavilions and covered walkways.
Make the ponds, pavilions and covered paths your first long stop. Leave room to pause by the water; this route pairs the garden with the neighbouring museum.
